Baby Steps is a great place. For multiple reasons.

First, the environment is like that of a caring and safe home. The teachers actually ask questions like "Was your child having trouble sleeping last night?" when they notice that your child doesn't seem to have a lot of energy in the morning. The concern in the staff for the children is genuine. I'm always willing to listen to them when they have a concern no matter how small it is because it helps me take care of my son better.
